Parker’s proven and reliable Parflange® F37 product range is ideal for demanding hydrogen applications, offering fast, easy machine forming and assembly of piping and connections on site without any welding. The system accommodates dimensions from 20 mm up to 10" outside diameter and includes ready-to-install pipe kits as well.

Parker’s SensoControl® SCP04 pressure sensor was designed to meet the chemical and physical requirements of the whole hydrogen lifecycle. A digitally calibrated piezoresistive measuring cell detects pressures from 4 bar up to 1,000 bar. Special bonded construction withstands low temperatures, shocks and vibrations. Its monolithic design removes the need for internal seals, eliminating leakage due to material fatigue.

Parker FlexiSeals® are used in hydrogen applications where elastomer seals cannot meet the extreme operating conditions or harsh environments. FlexiSeal consists of a polymeric jacket that’s energized by a metallic spring when installed into a groove. The resilient spring element responds with constant force, creating a tight seal against the groove mating surfaces, ensuring positive sealing even in cryogenic conditions.

A proven winner in the field, the Parker Peach Gemini PuraSep® 2 Horizontal Gas Filter-Coalescer provides superior performance in a remarkable trouble-free design. It does the work of a gas filter-separator and gas coalescer, delivering ultra-clean gas with high-efficiency removal of liquid and solid contaminants.

Achieve leak-free connections that optimize fuel conveyance in natural gas, hydrogen and liquid fuel applications. Seal-Lok™’s patented stainless steel high-temperature metal sealing ring can withstand severe temperatures and solves chemical compatibility issues often seen with elastomeric seals.

Parker PGI manifolds feature a patented, leak-free PTFE Pressure-Core® stem seal and are offered in two-, three- and five-valve models. Valves and manifolds are available with a bonnet handle lock-out that prevents unauthorized cycling. Standard 316 SS models conform to NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156-3.
