11. What is a HOSE DOCTOR® and what service do they offer?

A HOSE DOCTOR® is an on-site emergency mobile service owned and operated by Certified Parker Distributors and designed to minimize downtime for customers experiencing a hydraulic hose failure. 

HOSE DOCTOR® specialists are hydraulics professionals, equipped with a van carrying a wide range of Parker products, including hoses, fittings, and other necessary tools for on-site hose assembly and repairs. They are trained to diagnose problems and make immediate repairs to hydraulic and pneumatic systems. When a hose failure occurs, a HOSE DOCTOR® can be dispatched to the customer's location to replace the failed hose and restore the equipment to operation, often in a matter of hours. This service can be a lifesaver for businesses that rely on hydraulic equipment, as it can significantly reduce the downtime and lost productivity that can result from a hose failure.
