For graduates seeking experience in management positions, Parker offers a 2 year rotational program that serves as an introduction to supply chain management. Leadership Development Associates will complete 6 month to 1 year assignments at various Parker divisions, gaining exposure to supplier development, logistics, production management and negotiations. Upon successful completion of the program, associates will be offered a supply chain role with one of Parker’s divisions.
