Parker’s Quick Coupling Division is the world’s largest manufacturer of quick disconnect couplings and accessories designed for use in thousands of applications across various markets where hoses and fluid lines are connected and disconnected.
Parker couplings include hydraulic quick release couplings covering pressure ranges from 30 to 15,000 psi; general purpose pneumatic, quick couplers and nipples for fast connection under high or low pressure; and Pioneer agricultural quick couplings and adapters.
Our journey to success started in 1965 when Parker acquired hydraulics manufacturer Pioneer, and pneumatics manufacturer Tru-Flate before establishing our Quick Coupling Division three years later in 1968. Parker further expanded by acquiring Bruning Hydraulics, a manufacturer of non-spill couplings and valves, in 1988.
Over the next 30 years, Parker QCD built its reputation as the global leader in couplings and other pneumatic accessories used across various demanding applications.
In 2012, Parker expanded its offerings into high-pressure applications by acquiring Snap-tite, an innovative high-pressure fluid power component manufacturer for oil and gas, industrial and research markets.
In addition to Quick Couplings, today’s QCD manufactures Swivels, Check Valves, Condition Monitoring Solutions including SensoNODE™ Sensors and Voice of the Machine™ Software, and state-of-the-art Diagnostic Equipment
