The PAC120 is a programmable automation controller with CODESYS V3 software and multiple communication interfaces. In conjunction with the PACHC controller module, it enables the positional and force/pressure control of two hydraulic axes per PACHC module. By lining up additional modules, this allows for expansion by up to 40 axes per PAC120 controller. The modular controller can be combined with different PACIO modules in order to use a variety of different digital and analog inputs and outputs, depending on requirements.
With the Drive Controlled Pump, Parker offers a speed-controlled, hydraulic system solution consisting of pump, motor, drive, and software. It is tailored exactly to the customer’s cycle in advance. The Drive Controlled Pump enables the central, controlled hydraulic supply of all machine functions. By employing an AC drive, the speed range is regulated. The DCP provides the exact power that is required in the cycle at all times – and thus enables significant energy and cost savings.
The modular design of Parker press controls has proven over many years to offer reliable and versatile solutions for a wide variety of hydraulic presses. In line with Parker’s requirements, individual modules have been repeatedly optimized to help improve the applications of our customers. Parker’s patented NitroDry ECO solution is integrated in dedicated water removal system for Propulsion. Free and dissolved water particles will be removed using the extreme dry Nitrogen gas. The system is tested with biodegradable fluids in combination with sea water. The NitroDry ECO is specially designed for water removal in gearboxes/propulsion systems and is suitable for HEES-HEPR and mineral oil.
