Safety is our top priority. Our pursuit of best-in-class performance starts with the safety of Parker team members. We have reduced our recordable incident rate by 45% over the past fve years. These results rank Parker’s safety performance in the top quartile in our industrial sector and represent signifcant progress toward our goal of achieving zero recordable incidents by 2030. Our aspiration is to be the safest industrial company in the world.

Our HPT framework supports The Win Strategy by maximizing engagement, empowerment and performance at all levels. It drives team performance and business results through the growth and development of our team members, and is organized around fve areas of emphasis: Coaching, Teaming, Focus & Direction, Skills and Operationalize. It emphasizes building relationships and leveraging strengths while creating clarity, defning purpose and driving results. There are more than 6,000 HPTs across Parker with an 89% participation rate in FY24.
