Q) Why am I seeing this message?
A) Parker has updated the security of the single sign-on process across all systems, including Parker.com and PHconnect. The first time you sign on using this new security, you must verify your email address and create a new password.
Q) What are my user ID and password?
A) Your user ID for all Parker systems is now your email address. You will not have a separate ID for any applications. You must type a password. The password you create can be the same as your previous password.
Q) What should I do if I forget my user ID or password?
A) Your user ID is your email address. If you forget your password, click the “forgot password” link on the sign-on screen: Type your email address and click Send Email to get an email with instructions to reset your password.
Q) What if I need additional assistance?
A) You can contact your PHconnect administrator or partnered Parker division. You can also call the Parker IT Global Service Desk at +1 216-896-4357 for assistance with updating your user ID or password.
