Michael O'Hara is Vice President - Global Sales and Marketing for Parker Hannifin Corporation, a position he has held since September 2010. In this role, he is responsible for working in conjunction with the operating groups and regions to achieve the top line growth and market share goals of the Corporation. He also leads key market and channel growth initiatives, as well as Parker’s customer experience program.

Prior to his current role, Mr. O'Hara served as Vice President - Industrial Sales & Distribution for North America for the Fluid Connectors and Motion Systems Groups.

Mr. O'Hara began his career with Parker in 1983 as a sales trainee with the Fluid Connectors Group in Canada. Throughout his career, he has held numerous roles with increasing responsibility including Regional Sales Manager, Division Marketing Manager, Business Unit Manager and Vice President of Business Development. His experience includes positions with both the Fluid Connectors and Instrumentation Groups, as well as several corporate roles.

Mr. O'Hara holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of British Columbia, and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
