Featured Systems and Solutions
Typical modern pantographs incorporate air cushioning and precision pressure regulation to maintain consistent power connection, and use a variety of composite materials in their construction. Based on predefined dimensions, fixings and connection interfaces, Parker developed an integrated module delivering each of the major functions including raising and lowering the pantograph, carbon strip monitoring and compressor control. This inherent flexibility means the system is now readily available in a range of configurations, suiting single or multifunction applications.

SYSTEMS AND SOLUTIONS
Parker provides a range of systems and products for on-board sanitary applications, these include vacuum control systems, vacuum waste valves, valves for drinking water and valves for toilet water supply.
SYSTEMS AND SOLUTIONS
Parker's modular control coupling systems offer a compact, space saving design with controls mounted into a special enclosure that includes pre-wired electrical connections.
Parker also manufactures compact actuators for coupling and uncoupling action.
SYSTEMS AND SOLUTIONS
As the vehicle enters a curve following a continuous command from the electronic control unit, compressed air is introduced into the pneumatic cylinder on the bogie.
This allows the body to keep balanced with the bogie during the whole curve phase.
Success Stories
