FastSeal combines Parker's robust bite ring and innovative seal dynamics to create a quick robust flat-face tube connection for Seal-Lok ORFS fittings.

Trap-Seal

The patented trapezoidal seal of the Seal-Lok tube end prevents the potential of O-ring fallout during shipment and assembly and O-ring pinch, both common issues for ORFS fittings. This advantage over the competition's standard round O-ring increases the productivity of assembly as well as offers the maximum assurance for a leak-free connection. Ultimately, operational and maintenance costs can be avoided. Parker's Trap-Seal has secure retention under the Seal-Lok ORFS CORG lip.

The benefits of Trap-Seal are:

• Allows for maximum O-ring retention in the CORG groove
• Prevents O-ring pinch during assembly, which prevents costly leaks
• Works in the standard SAE J1453 half-dovetail groove (CORG)
• 90 durometer nitrile

Robust Port Stud

O-ring pinch issues can happen with adjustable SAE O-ring boss (ORB) port ends. This is due to thread exposure below the locknut that leads to a deformed backup washer, pinching the O-ring and creating an O-ring extrusion gap with the potential to leak. To fix this, Parker created the patented Robust Port Stud™. With a longer locknut, the Robust Port Stud eliminates exposed threads and the leak potential of adjustable SAE O-ring boss port ends. This enhanced port end comes standard on all Seal-Lok ORFS fittings with an adjustable SAE O-ring boss port end.
